Cars in the Kingdom

Here in KSA they drive pretty much all the same vehicles we see at home.

I noticed that the car's license plate was in Arabic. Do they have them in English? Do they have Fords like we do or do they just look the same?

The license plates in Saudi Arabia are only in Arabic, but the plates in Bahrain (neighboring country where we flew in and out of) are bilingual English and Arabic.

I rode around from place to place in a coach bus, like the one we took to camp this fall. They have pretty much all the same makes and models of cars there that we do in the USA. I enjoyed checking them out.

Hi all,
actually, we have added recently (2006) the English letter to the plates .
